Eric Fragnière, Curriculum Vitae


Eric Fragnière was born in 1964 in Langenthal, Switzerland. He obtained his Diplôme d'Ingénieur Electricien EPFL in 1990. He worked two years in Japan (Fujitsu Labs. Ltd. and Nitto Kohki Ltd.), then one year in Austria (TU Wien).

In 1993, he joined as a research assistant and Ph.D. student the MANTRA Centre for Neuro-Mimetic Systems of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) were he was a member of Eric Vittoz' Analog VLSI for Perception Group. In 1998, he got his Ph.D. degree for the thesis entitled Analogue VLSI Emulation of the Cochlea

Since May 1998, he works as R&D engineer at the Swiss center for Electronics and MicroTechnology (CSEM) in Neuchâtel, Switzerland
